Your tasks
The Random House Children's Publishing Group seeks an Associate Production Manager to join their team. Associate Manager will handle all aspects of 1/c and 4/c production and manufacturing of Princeton Review and Sylvan titles. Responsibilities include: generating and maintaining production schedules, estimating of titles, and creating purchase orders. Monitor a large volume of titles to maintain the desired scheduling timelines, cost and quality control.

Our requirements
Ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask on a variety of high profile projects and excellent customer relationship skills. Finalists must have a minimum of 7 years book production experience. A strong understanding of all stages of book manufacturing including estimating, scheduling, pre-press, paper, printing and binding. Candidate must be highly organized, flexible, with excellent computer and interpersonal skills. MAC user preferred; knowledge of SAP and Quark very desirable. Managerial experience a plus.
